From start to finish we absolutely loved the way we have been taken care of. Rich is the salesman that came out and walked us through the measurements and color decisions. He’s knowledgeable and professional with an easygoing attitude. Before ordering for our job, he came back out and made sure he had the correct color LVP and walked us through all the steps for the day of installation. There was constant communication for when the flooring came in and when the installation would take place. The day of the install, the installers showed up and made sure to put down plastic where needed before starting the job. Every installer was courteous and knowledgeable. They kept the work area clean and organized throughout the two days of the install. The installers moved the appliances and the furniture, then made sure to put it back in the right location. We are extremely pleased with Technique Flooring and would recommend them to anyone needing their floors replaced.

Thanks to Technique Flooring - in particular Roger, Ricardo, Jose and Chuba, they did a wonderful job. I had all the ceramic tile and carpet removed and replaced with new tiles and engineered hardwood throughout the whole house. I have an exacting standard - I wanted a designer finish - which they executed perfectly. Roger took me through the process from start to finish - with great care and attention. I just had carpet installed and everything went great. The guys were on time, took their time to make sure everything was perfect, and did a excellent job. They cleaned the carpet, and swept the work area and made sure the whole area was clean before they left.
